Top up from the app

  1. Open Balance.
  2. Choose ETH or USDG and an amount.
  3. Confirm the transfer in your wallet. It goes straight to the treasury address.
  4. Credit appears once the transfer is confirmed on-chain, usually within seconds.

There is no contract and no token approval. The app passes the transaction hash to ORBIX, which checks it on Robinhood Chain: it must come from the wallet you signed in with and go to the treasury. So always send from the wallet you signed in with.

If you sent a transfer outside the app, paste its transaction hash on the Balance page to credit it.

Don't send from an exchange

Withdrawals from an exchange come from the exchange's address, not yours, so they can't be matched to your account. Withdraw to your own wallet first, then top up from it.

How credit is spent

Every request is billed at list price minus your discount. Only the part you pay comes out of your balance; the subsidy comes out of the pool.

Holding vs spending

Holding $ORBIX sets your tier. Spending happens in ETH or USDG credit. You never spend $ORBIX on inference.

Low balance

When your credit can't cover a request, the API returns 402 insufficient_balance. Requests already streaming are allowed to finish.
